Designing Hope Art Walk - 4. 25. 2025

Location: Tiffany Skilling InteriorsFollowing the incredible success of last year's inaugural event, which raised over $15,000 with the generous support of our community, we are excited to aim even higher this year.
Over 30 invited artists will be contributing in this years event with an expected attendance of 200 guests.
Artists include Justin Vining, Anne Collins, Tiffany Skilling, Anne Cleary, ROOKWELLART (Megan Hagman), Jessica Green, Maureen Noble, Anne Cleary, Melinda Spear-Huff, Johnny McKee and many more.

Join us for an exciting evening at Story by Tiffany Skilling, where we will be hosting a special Visiting Artist Event featuring Anne W. Collins, oil painter, and the talented fine artist Anne Cleary. This unique event will showcase a stunning collection of artworks from both artists, offering guests an opportunity to appreciate their distinctive styles up close. Enjoy an evening of shopping, while sipping on cocktails and savoring delicious snacks. Don’t miss this chance to meet the artists, explore their captivating works, and experience a night of creativity and celebration!

Penrod - 8.7.2024
The Penrod Arts Fair is one of the largest single-day arts fairs in the country. Taking place on the Newfields grounds since 1967, the fair welcomes approximately 20,000 patrons to enjoy live music, food, drink, and the wares of hundreds of artists. Please join us the first Saturday after Labor Day for “Indiana’s Nicest Day”.

Designing Hope Art Walk - 4.26.2024
We're excited to host our first annual art sale fundraiser for the Designing Hope Women Build team. You can learn more about our team and make a direct donation here.
The evening will be casual with light programming --- feel free to come and go as your evening allows; we'll have drinks and light bites for you.
Final bids on all art pieces will be at 8:30pm with the event wrapping up shortly after!
We have been overwhelmed with the generosity of local artists participating in this event through art donation. Artists who have committed to participating this year are below -- all will have art available for bid with additional artists being added everyday!

Art Therapist & Artist - 10.6.2023
Indianapolis hosted an exhibition titled "Factotum: Art Therapist & Artist," showcasing works by Indiana art therapists and students, exploring their dual identities as both therapists and artists, with an opening night at The Factory Arts District, showcasing in the Schwitzer Gallery. Month long exhibit.

Art Therapist - 9.1.2023
Art therapists hold a foundation in studio arts and psychology with a master’s degree in art therapy. In the 1940s art therapy became a recognized profession as artists, educators, and mental health professionals recognized the therapeutic benefits of art-making as a form of therapy. With the standardization of the field through master’s training programs in the 1970s, art therapists have been an integral part of the mental health field. Unfortunately, art therapists and their training are often misunderstood.
Herron School of Art and Design, IUPUI Master of Arts in Art Therapy Alumni (2014 – present) explore their integrated professional identity of artists and therapists in this exhibition. By maintaining their artistic practice, art therapists engage in creative meaning-making and process their personal experiences to gain deeper insights into self. Month long exhibit.
